RAZOR FOLKLORE, BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE GILLETTE MACH 83
Unwieldy razors were how the city's crime lords began their descent into madness. Like some dark cloud the razors descended upon the sleeping city and laid waste to the sanity of even the most brilliant criminal.
